Your MSP marketing has to be able to pivot in the moment, but that doesn’t mean you avoid planning things out. One aspect of planning should incorporate facilitating customer experience that is competitive. You can charge more for services with a loyal client base–and you may need to. Following are a few tips to help you facilitate the best client experience:
- Know what your clients expect
- Aim at pleasing primary clientele first
- Communicate with them using formats they’re familiar with
Know What Your Clients Expect
Your MSP marketing campaign needs to have some means of determining what clients are looking for in a tech agency. Do they have any specific ideas pertaining to the products and services you provide? Well, you should promote ideas that are profitable and aligned with what you provide.
Anticipate expectations that are erroneous; address them. If they think they’re going to pay X amount for services that can’t be acquired for 10 times the sum they’ve named, you’ve got to find a way of giving perspective. Encourage good expectations, but address incorrect expectations.
Aim At Pleasing Primary Clientele First
You’ll have multiple customers who have diverse needs. Focus initially on pleasing those who are the largest part of your target market. Once you’ve got protocols and best practices ironed out here, then it’s time to expand into your secondary demographic, and from there onto less primary clientele areas.
Communicate with Them Using Formats They’re Familiar With
If you’ve got a client who is looking for cloud computing across a diverse infrastructural surface area but is someone who isn’t familiar with the operating systems of that infrastructure, you’re not going to get anywhere if you sing the praises of the system. What you need to do is figure out where they’re coming from. What kind of operating systems are they familiar with? Use such systems to enlighten prospects.
Enhanced Client Experiences
An MSP marketing campaign focusing on client expectations, prioritizing clientele, and communicating with them on their level is apt to provide a more competitive customer experience.
